2008 Special Underwriting Sponsorships
This sponsorship underwrites a portion of the dinner service. Benefits include a one-page ad in Gala Program Book, and your company name as Dinner Sponsor in all media.
Invitation/Printing Sponsor $ 5,000
This sponsorship underwrites all printing costs for invitations, programs and Save-the-Date cards. Benefits include a half-page ad in Gala Program Book and recognition in all media.
This sponsorship underwrites the cocktail hour during the silent auction and features passed hors d’oeuvres. Benefits include a halfpage ad in Gala Program Book, signage in the silent auction area with your company name as reception sponsor and recognition in all media.
This sponsorship features having your company name and logo on every bid board in the silent auction. Essentially, your company will have 80-100 mini-billboards the night of the event.
This sponsorship features having your company name and logo on every bid card to be used for the live auction. Your company will be prominently displayed to all 400 guests in the room as bidders throw up their bid cards.
Program Book/Auction Catalog Sponsor $1,500
This sponsorship will cover the expenses of the printing for event night materials including program books and auction catalogs.
For this sponsorship, your company pens will be used at each silent auction item. Guests will see your company name (and contact info) at each silent auction bid board, and will have the opportunity to take your company information home with them. ** Minimum 200 pens necessary
