• There are no physical tickets to the event - simply check in outside of the ballroom, your name will be at the door.
• Doors open at 6pm for the silent auction and cocktails. We start checking guests in as early as 5:30.
• The Ray Dolby Ballroom is located on the top/5th floor of the Hollywood & Highland complex in Hollywood. Parking is accessible off of Highland, just north of Hollywood. The parking entrance and venue are also attached to the Loews Hollywood Hotel on Highland. Valet parking is also available, but please note that we are unable to reimburse parking expenses.
