Chrissie assumed the role of Executive Director in 2019, after serving as Program Director for nearly a decade. She is excited to bring the same feeling of purpose and partnership to the camp's donor community as we have among our fabulous volunteer team.

Director of Development and Communications
Emily brings 10+ years of non-profit experience and 5+ years in Development to CdC. As a heart patient herself, she is passionate about supporting and advocating for the congenital heart disease community, especially the next generation. She is excited to help extend camp magic to as many kids and young adults as possible! In her spare time, you'll find her baking or adventuring outdoors.

Kylie may be short in stature, but she's huge on heart! As the driving force behind the magic of Camp Del Corazon's programs like Summer Camp and P.A.C.E., her passion for empowering and nurturing young hearts and minds shines bright. Bringing in 7+ years of programmatic and leadership experience to her role, Kylie is committed to creating unforgettable experiences and making a positive impact on the CdC community.

Director of Events and Operations
Heather has been involved with CdC for over a decade and is equally as excited to organize Camp's glamorous events AND the unglamorous backend operations...really! She brings over 20 years of administrative, management, operations and event planning experience from her career spanning the corporate, non-profit and small business worlds. She can't wait to see you in the office, at a fundraising or community event, or on the island!

Ashley is a previous camper & counselor who's excited to help create the magical environment for new campers. She is an integral part of the team and supports Kylie in making Camp and all our programs and events run smoothly!
