Staff Training Day - MANDATORY - UPDATE!

Abuse Prevention/Mandated Reporter
- Completion of Abuse Prevention Training

- Please upload the certificate to your CampDoc Application
- All staff must also complete supplemental reading on grooming here: https://www.icmec.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/Behaviors-of-Sexual-Predators-Grooming.pdf - please read this pdf and confirm in your CampDoc application.

Harassment
- Completion of Sexual Harassment Training
- Please complete the training at the following link: https://calcivilrights.ca.gov/shpt/
- Please upload the certificate to your CampDoc Application
  - If you are a Supervisor at camp (Activity Lead, Medical Leadership Team member or Program Leadership Team member, please complete the Supervisory training (2 hours). If you are NOT a Supervisor at camp, please complete the Nonsupervisory training (1 hour). Yes, this is a yearly requirement.

LiveScan Form
- Please download this form if you are a first year volunteer and bring it, filled out, to your LiveScan Date (Staff Day - August 10th, 2024)
- Once you are LiveScanned, you will not need to be Scanned again until 5 years have passed.

Covid Policies (TBD)
- “Our 2024 Covid-19 Policies will be created based on recommendations from the CDC, ACA and our robust Medical Leadership Team. We will share these policies with campers and volunteers when we get closer to camp.”
